OMELETTE ham and cheese

OMELETTE ham and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 5 slices of thinly cut edamer or thin slices
  • 1 knob of butter

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the Parmesan and milk. Put a knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan and let it melt then, over high heat, pour the mixture into the pan and lightly curl then lower the heat and continue to cook without turning and with the lid until the egg is almost completely curdled. Put the slices of ham on top and again the slices of edamer or slices and close again with the lid for a couple of minutes. Fold the omelette on itself and serve.
